SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBSCRIPTION-BASED GOODS DELIVERY

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1.1. These special terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Subscription Terms") regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the operator of the Dopis Klub e-shop, ID No.: 24332933 (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") arising in connection with the purchase of a service for the regular delivery of goods or content (hereinafter referred to as "Subscription").
1.2. These Subscription Terms are an integral part of the Seller's General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
2.1. A Subscription is created by concluding a purchase contract based on the Buyer's order via the e-shop.
2.2. The Seller offers the following Subscription programs (ordered from most to least advantageous):
• Annual subscription for every month: The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months, with performance delivered every calendar month.
• Annual subscription for every three months: The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months, with performance delivered once every 3 months.
• Annual subscription for every 6 months: The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months, with performance delivered once every 6 months.
• Monthly subscription for every month: The contract is concluded for a period of 1 month, with performance delivered every calendar month.
2.3. By choosing a Subscription option, the Buyer expressly agrees that the contract shall be automatically renewed for the same period after the expiry of the selected billing period (1 month or 12 months), until cancelled.

PAYMENT TERMS AND AUTOMATIC PAYMENT DEDUCTION
3.1. The Buyer is obliged to pay a regular fee for the Subscription in the amount specified in the order (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscription Price").
3.2. The first payment is made upon completion of the order. By saving the payment card (tokenization) via a secure payment gateway, the Buyer grants consent to the automatic deduction of the Subscription Price for subsequent billing periods.
3.3. Payment for the next period will be automatically deducted from the Buyer's payment card 1 day before the end of the current billing period.
3.4. In the event that an automatic payment is not successful (e.g., due to insufficient funds or card expiration), the Seller will notify the Buyer of this fact by email. If the issue is not resolved and payment successfully made within 5 calendar days, the Seller has the right to suspend or cancel the Subscription with immediate effect.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
4.1. The Buyer may cancel their Subscription at any time without giving a reason.
4.2. Cancellation can be performed in the user account on the Seller's website or by sending an email to the Seller's address.
4.3. To prevent a payment being deducted for the next period, the Subscription must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4.4. After canceling the Subscription, the service remains active (and performance will be delivered) until the end of the already paid period. No further payments will be deducted. A paid period already in progress is not subject to a pro-rata refund.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (CONSUMERS)
5.1. A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the Subscription contract within 14 days of receiving the first shipment (or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of digital content) without giving any reason.
5.2. If, at the consumer's request, performance has already occurred within this 14-day period, the Seller has the right to a proportionate reimbursement for this delivered performance.

PRICE AND TERMS CHANGES
6.1. The Seller reserves the right to adjust the Subscription Price or these Subscription Terms.
6.2. The Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer of any change in price or terms by email at least 30 days before such change takes effect.
6.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the change, they have the right to cancel the Subscription before the change takes effect without any penalties, in accordance with Article 4. If the Buyer does not cancel it, it is deemed that they agree to the new price or terms.
